Our Services. Mc delivers Painting Services, Pressure Washing, Vinyl Flooring Installation, Plumbing Repairs, Drywall Installation. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Mc (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Mc may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Mc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mc's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Mc in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Mc against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MD law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MD for any related dispute.
Modifications. Mc may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
